Linnea
Shop owner, stylist, & CFSO
Linnea has been the owner since February 2015, and has plans to expand the business to storefronts in new cities. She's also an avid believer in always learning and growing as a small business owner -- thus her self-given title circa 2020, CFSO (Chief of Figuring Shit Out). She's the Director of Operations and the epitome of all things Darling.

Assistant Director of Operations: Marketing & Communications
Katie joined the team Summer of 2023, and has taken the lead on all things event planning and content creation. Her creativity, spunk, and theater background brings visions and ideas to life for the brand with an exuberance we love.

Shannon
Assistant Director of Operations: Management & Visual Merchandising
Shannon has been with us since February 2023, and brings years of retail experience with store management and visual merchandising. She's responsible for many of our beautiful displays for our artisan products, and the continued success and management of inventory sales & performance once on the shop floor. She's a pro and a ray of sunshine in the shops!

George
Inventory Store Manager
George has been our Inventory Store Manager since January 2025. He is the head of weekly inventory processing, from our secondhand femme and masc new arrivals to our artisan vendor new arrivals and restocks. He makes our inventory process a well-oiled machine, from in store to online store presentation, pricing, and accuracy.
